Ador Fontech Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 11, 2014 to August 20, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 20, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has also made provisions for e-voting prior AGM (August 14, 2014 - 9.30 hours to August 16, 2014 - 16.30 hours) with National Securities Depository Ltd.
