Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 09th May 2017, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2017 and to recommend Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2016-17. Further, the trading window in respect of the Company's Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on 02nd May, 2017 till close of the trading hours on 11th May, 2017.
