A D S Diagnostics Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 25, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company will provide its members the facility to exercise their vote at the aforesaid AGM by electronic means on all resolutions set forth in the notice. The e-voting will commence on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 and will end on Friday, September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive).
