| Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third quarter (Q3) and Nine Months ended December 31, 2015 and also to consider the declaration of interim dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all the Directors and designated employees of the Company from February 02, 2016 and will be opened 24 hours after the unpublished price sensitive information i.e. Un-Audited Financial Statements of the Company are made public. | |
