| Advani Hotels and Resorts (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on August 01, 2014 has appointed Mr. Raju Bamane as the Company Secretary under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from June 24, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to the compliance of the provisions of Clause 47 (a) of the Equity Listing Agreement, Mr. Raju Bamane will also act as the Compliance Officer of the Company. | |
