Advanta India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 27, 2012, inter alia, to transact the following business:<br/><br/>1. To consider and approve the consolidated and standalone audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2011.<br/><br/>2. To consider and approve the consolidated and standalone Statement of Audited Financial Results.<br/><br/>3. To consider and approve the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement between Advanta India Limited and Unicorn Seed Private Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors.
