| Advanta Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2014, inter alia, have transacted the following items of business:<br/><br/>1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Arun C. Ashar from the office of Whole-Time Director and Director of the Company w.e.f. September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Appointed Mr. Venkatram Vasantavada as Additional Director and subsequently as Whole-Time Director of the Company with effect from w.e.f. November 01, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Approved the Notice of Postal Ballot for obtaining the approval of members for the items of special business stated therein.<br/><br/>4. Appointed Mr. Y. Suryanarayana, Advocate, High Court of A.P. as the Scrutinizer for conducting the process of e-voting and Postal Ballot. | |
