With reference to the earlier letter dated May 04, 2016 regarding Notice of Board Meeting to be held on May 13, 2016, Advanta Ltd has now informed BSE that the following items of business will also be transacted in the board meeting to be held on May 13, 2016:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the conversion notice received from the FCCB holders;<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve the allotment of equity shares and<BR><BR>3. To consider and approve the issue of GDRs upon conversion of FCCBs.
