| Advanta Ltd has informed BSE that the Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on July 25, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following;<br/><br/>1. Grant of 5,630 options under Advanta Employee Stock Option Plan- 2013. The grant of said stock options is in consonance with SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999, as amended from time to time and as per the terms of the Plan.<br/><br/>2. Issue and allotment of 4,125 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employee under 'Advanta India Limited Employee Stock Option and Shares Plan-2006'. | |
