Aegis Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2015, has declared 3rd Interim Dividend of 25% i.e. Rs. 2.50 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Payout date for above said payment of Interim Dividend will be March 24, 2015.
