Aegis Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company confirms that as per the Company's Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and corporate disclosure practices adopted pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company with effect from July 21, 2014 till the close of business hours on August 01, 2014.
