Aftek Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider the un-audited financial results of the Company for the third Quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the provisions of the Code of Fair Disclosure of the Company, the trading window of the Company will be closed from February 05, 2016 to February 15, 2016.
