Kindly note that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading formulated on the basis of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in pursuant to the provisions of Section 195 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Trading Windows, for trading in the Company's equity shares by the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, other designated employees and any other connected person (including their relatives) who can be reasonably expected to have possession of 'Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' (UPSI), shall remain closed from September 4, 2017 to September 18, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Approval of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2017 in the Board Meeting to be held on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at the Registered office of the Company.
