With reference to earlier announcement dated May 18, 2015 regarding the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 (Consolidated and Standalone) and recommend payment of dividend, if any, Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE as under:<BR><BR>1. The Trading windows for all Company's directors / officers / designated employees and connected persons, if any, with effect from May 19, 2015 shall remain close till May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>2. The Trading Window for above category of persons shall open on June 01, 2015.
