| Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following matters:<BR><BR>1. Approval of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended December 31, 2015 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the said Regulations.<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading formulated on the basis of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in pursuant to the provisions of Section 195 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Trading Windows, for trading in the Company's equity shares by the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, other designated employees and any other connected person (including their relatives) who can be reasonably expected to have possession of "Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI), shall remain closed from May 16, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
