Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on February 12, 2014 for approving Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Statements for the Quarter and Nine Months period ended December 31, 2013 under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, the Company further intimate as under :<br/><br/>1. The Company has closed Trading windows for all our directors/officers/ designated employees with effect from February 05, 2014 and the same shall remain close till February 14, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The Trading Window for above category of persons shall open on February 17, 2014.
