Appointment of Mr. Malvinder Singh as Executive Chairman of the Company w.e.f. August 01, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Mr. Vivek Atri as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. August 01, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Recommendation to Shareholders for appointment of following directors as Independent Director.<br/><br/>- Mr. Jalesh Grover.<br/><br/>- Mr. Ajay Arora<br/><br/>- Mr. Multan Singh Kadian<br/><br/>4. Appointment of Internal Auditor of the Company pursuant to Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013.
