Agro Dutch Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed August 25, 2014 as the Cut off date to ascertain the shareholders eligible to cast their vote electronically on all the resolutions of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The same cut-off date on August 25, 2014 would also certain the shareholders, who do not cast their vote electronically, wish to cast their vote at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 25, 2014 at PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sector 31 A, Chandigarh at 3.30 p.m.<br/><br/>The Company would be availing e-Voting services of Karvy Computershare Private Limited.
