Agro Tech Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on April 17, 2015 have approved the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and the Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information as required under Regulation 8 and 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
