A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 25th October, 2017, inter alia, for approval of unaudited accounts for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> Further, in terms of the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information', adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for Directors and Designated Employees (and their immediate Relatives) shall remain closed from 1st October, 2017 till the second working day after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> An analyst call on the financial results is also scheduled for 26th October, 2017 between 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm. <BR>
