Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for the Equity Shares of the Company Shall remains closed from February 10, 2015 to February 13, 2015.<BR><BR>This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the Board of Directors Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled on February 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and employees) and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider Information as to agenda of the Meeting are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the company during the period of closure of the trading window as stated above.
