Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Honble Delhi High Court has quashed the rejection order dated February 11, 2015 passed By Additional Commissioner DVAT related to DVAT Amnesty Application and also declared as invalid all reassessments and demand of Rs. 228.00 Crores (Including interest & penalty) raised by the assessing authority subsequent to rejection of DVAT amnesty application.
