Ahmednagar Forgings Ltd has informed BSE that the name of the Company has been changed from "Ahmednagar Forgings Limited" to "Metalyst Forgings Limited" vide special resolution passed by the members in the duly convened Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on April 08, 2015 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation to this effect consequent to the name change has been issued by the Registrar of Companies.
