AI Champdany Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015. the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the Designated Persons of the Company from February 01, 2017 till the completion of 48 hours after the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016 are approved by the Board and made public.
