AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2017, inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2017 and to recommend Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2016-17.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons from May 15, 2017 to May 27, 2017 (both days inclusive).
