AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 02, 2015, for taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended on September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further as the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 02, 2015 to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended on September 30, 2015, the Company is required to close the Trading Window as per the Insider Regulations.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons from October 26, 2015 to November 03, 2015 (both days inclusive).
