AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 12, 2015 to September 24, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 24, 2015.<BR><BR>The dividend shall be paid / dispatched by the Company on or after September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the cut-off date for entitlement of voting rights as per the shares held by member(s) shall be September 18, 2015.
