| AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 01, 2014 to September 11, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 11, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the dividend shall be paid / dispatched by the Company on or after September 17, 2014 through Dividend warrants / NECS mode subject to the settlement date given by Reserve Bank of India.<br/><br/>The Cut-off date for entitlement of voting rights as per the shares held by member(s) shall be August 01, 2014. | |
