AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, transacted the following :<BR><BR>- During the year under review, the Company has declared and paid on March 28, 2016 an Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 8.00 per share (400%) and a Special (Additional Interim) Dividend at the rate of Rs. 10.00 per Share (500%) to commemorate the Silver Jubilee Year of the Company making the aggregate Interim Dividend of Rs. 18.00 (900%) per share on 94320370 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each absorbing Rs. 16977 67 Lacs. Having declared interim dividends, the Board has not recommended a Dividend for Financial Year 2015-16.
