AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend Dividend, if any, on Equity Share Capital for the Financial Year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992, trading windows will remain close from May 09, 2015 to May 20, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the approval of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2015.
