AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 8.00 (400%) per Equity Share of Rs. 2 each amounting to Rs. 9079.80 Lacs (including a Corporate Dividend Tax of Rs. 1534.17 Lacs) for the year 2014-15.
