AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend Dividend, if any, on Equity Share Capital for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons from the date of this notice to May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive).
