Ajanta Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, the Trading Window for Dealing in the Shares of the Company is closed for all designated employees and directors of the Company from July 01, 2015 and the same would remain closed till the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015. The window will open 48 hours after the announcement of results.
