Ajanta Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Directors at its meeting held on May 08, 2015, has allotted 57,750 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercise of options granted to the employees under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 of the Company.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the paid up capital of the Company stand increased to Rs. 17,60,02,500 consisting 8,80,01,250 equity shares of Ps. 2/- each.<BR><BR>The Company will be making application for Listing of these shares in due course.
