Akar Tools Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ravi Machhar, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the post of Directorship of the Company vide letter dated April 11, 2014, which was accepted.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the resignation will be placed before the Board of Directors at the next meeting for recording the same.
