Aksh Optifibre Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. approved the appointment of Ms. Devika Raveendran as Independent Woman Director on the Board of Directors of the Company;<BR><BR>2. accepted the resignation of Mr. Chetan Choudhari, from the position of Managing Director and Director on the Board of the Company;<BR><BR>3. appointed Dr. Kailash S Choudhari as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, subject to all necessary statutory approvals.<BR><BR>4. approved capital investment of about Rs. 95 crores for expansion of capacities of Optical fibre cable and FRP Rods.
