AksharChem India Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window shall remain closed from October 22, 2015 to November 02, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company schedule to be held on October 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the insiders (including directors, officers and employees) and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
