AksharChem India Ltd has informed BSE that the constitution of the firm of the auditors of the Company has been changed from Proprietorship firm to Partnership firm. However, the name of the Firm remains the same. Accordingly, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 24, 2016 has appointed M/s. Trushit Chokshi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad to hold office of the auditors from the Board Meeting to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
