We wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on Saturday, the 27th May, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2017.Pursuant to this, the Trading Window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from May 18, 2017 to May 29, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the insiders (including promoters, directors and designated employees) and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
