This is to inform you that the trading window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from November 8, 2017 to November 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> The closure of the trading window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the board of directors of the Company schedule to be held on Monday, November 13, 2017. <BR> <BR> Accordingly, all the insiders (including promoters, directors and designated employees) and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
