Akzo Nobel India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 20.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2015 (previous year; Rs. 15.00 per share and a special dividend of Rs. 60.00 per share). The dividend will be paid after the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
