Alchemist Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017 inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Company's Code of conduct to prevent, regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from February 08, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive).
