Alka India Ltd has informed BSE that as per SEBls new Corporate Governance norms, Board of Directors of the Company had decided in their meeting held on March 31, 2015 for appointment of Mrs. Jayashree Vilas Gangurde, as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company with effect from March 31, 2015 to hold office upto the date of the next Annual General Meeting.
