Alka India Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors/ officers and Designated Employees of the Company including their immediate relatives from August 06, 2015 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015 to the public in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015.
