Alkali Metals Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Deepak Tibrewal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company resigned and he is discharged from the duties with effect from April 08, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Company is in the process of appointing another Company Secretary in the place of the resigned Company Secretary, till then Sri. Y.S.R. Venkata Rao, Managing Director will be the Compliance Officer.
