With reference to the earlier letter dated March 02, 2015, Allahabad Bank has now informed BSE that since the Bank has not received any nomination withdrawal communication from any of the candidates contesting the election of Directors representing shareholders other than the Central Government upto 05.00 p.m. on March 03, 2015 i.e. upto the last time and date fixed for the withdrawal of Nomination by the candidates, they have been declared elected as Directors of Bank representing shareholders other than the Central Government.
