Allcargo Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company, shall remain closed from August 03, 2015 to August 12, 2015 (both days inclusive).
