Allsoft Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company has been convened to be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in term of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for Designated Persons from February 01, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days Inclusive) in view of the impending publication of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
