The Exchange had sought clarification from Alok Industries Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Financial Express on April 14, 2015 titled "Alok fabric frays, banks put a Rs 2,000-cr patch"<BR> <BR>Alok Industries Ltd replied stating "We submit our reply as under-<BR><BR>We had, vide our letters dated 01st October 2014, 13th January 2015 and 20th March 2015 informed the Exchange about the sanction and receipt of EPBG backed export advance credit facility. Thus, the details mentioned in the article has already been informed to the Exchange as per Clause 36 of the listing agreement. As regards the reference of corporate loan being sanctioned by the banks. It may be noted that the same are being availed by the company in the ordinary course of business."
