Alpha Hi-tech Fuel Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on April 14, 2015 received various orders from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Sales Tax, (Audit) Div. 2, Ahmedabad and appeal camp, Rajkot in response to the Company appeal against demand of disputed dues. The said demands are set apart and appeals are fully allowed. Thus, in terms of the said appeal orders, balance payable by the Company is NIL.
